Each customer network is managed by a dedicated service manager. The service manager is a Videns network engineer who will analyse the network performance, application traffic and trends on an ongoing basis and proactively provide recommendations to optimise the SD-WAN solution. He/she is available at all times for any questions or advice with regards to your network and will organise regular service meetings to review the service performance and recommendations.
